The Nomadesk Vaults (virtual hard drives) replace the need for on-site servers storing data drives. Instead, you work on a local virtual disk (Vault) and sync to the Cloud based drives where you can store, sync and share all your data with people internal and external to your company environment. All your information is synchronized between your devices and the internet. Therefore you always have your data with you, and backed up as well as being able to share it with whoever you choose. When you make changes to files or add new ones, these are uploaded to the Cloud and then downloaded to all other machines who you share the same data. You can also restore previous versions of files in case you make a mistake!
